I build the system behind the product.
I work across product decisions, system design, implementation, and deployment—from owner-operated business platforms to private financial systems and developer tooling.

Bio
I build where product thinking and systems engineering meet. I’m most useful when the problem is still partly undefined: when the workflow needs to be understood, the constraints need to be made explicit, and the software has to survive real use rather than stop at a polished interface.
I tend to follow a project through the whole chain—product shape, data model, interaction design, implementation, deployment, and the operating details that keep it dependable. That has included a bilingual commerce and content platform, a private multi-currency household ledger, and small developer packages that bridge tools which were not designed to speak to one another.
I care about clarity for both sides of the system. The person using it should understand what happened and what to do next; the person maintaining it should be able to see the invariants, failure paths, and recovery options. Good software is not only capable. It is legible, honest about its limits, and safe to change.

How
How I work
- 01
Start with the real workflow
I map what people are trying to change, where decisions happen, and what can fail before choosing the interface or stack.
- 02
Make constraints explicit
Privacy, cost, ownership, disclosure, and operational limits belong in the design—not in a footnote after the build.
- 03
Preserve truth in the data
I treat data models, invariants, provenance, and correction paths as product behavior because that is where trust is won or lost.
- 04
Build for the operator
Editors, owners, and household users should be able to run the system without turning every normal change into engineering work.
- 05
Ship recovery paths
Migrations, backups, idempotency, failure states, and rollback plans are part of delivery.
- 06
Leave evidence
I document decisions and verify the behavior that matters so the next change starts from knowledge, not folklore.
